Professional reflexology is the application of specific techniques to apply pressure to specific areas (reflexes) of the feet and hands. The purpose is to identify deposits and congestion in the tissue that inhibits optimal function. Reflexology continues to be one of the most preferred forms of bodywork and it popularity is increasing because it offers results quickly. These techniques work by rebalancing our disrupted energy system. Prior knowledge of reflexology is not necessary to benefit from this class. Topics covered in this highly experiential class include:
- Step-by-step instruction in how to locate reflexes in the feet with accuracy.
- Step-by-step instruction in basic techniques to less deposits and congestion.
- Applications for cancer care, PTSD, and other health challenges.
- Origins and theory of reflexology: how and why it works.
- Easy and effective hand reflexology techniques to soothe
