Seeking Volunteers for Hope Lodge Thursday Healing Touch Sessions

Healing Touch Saint Louis provides Healing Touch free of charge to patients and caregivers at Hope Lodge (4215 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, 63108). We have a group of volunteers that each take one Thursday a month (each volunteer picks the times usually sometime between 3 PM to 8 PM to provide Healing Touch - usually 30-45 min sessions (about 4-5).
There is a table already at Hope Lodge; the volunteer can bring a pillow, bolster and/or blanket.. There also is a CD player but some of the volunteers bring their own and some music.
Please let me know if you would be interested in volunteering by responding to this message. This is a great opportunity to practice and gain some hours of experience and is most welcomed by the patients and caregivers. A current volunteer can provide a "shadowing" session to get you started.
