The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has left many feeling uncertainties, stress, isolation, and loneliness. Amy Camie, CCM (certified clinical musician) and professional harpist, is offering free downloads of “The Magic Mirror” music during the month of May, Mental Health Awareness Month. “The Magic Mirror” music has helped thousands with sleep, anxiety, pain, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Her music is used in hospitals, cancer centers, hospices, and nursing homes for general relaxation and stress reduction for both children and adults.
